Based on an IRC conversation with the reporter I believe what he is actually trying \
to suggest is that moving a window beyond the bounding box of a screen by a distance \
equal or above the snapping distance should instantly move it to an adjectant screen.

If that interpretation of mine is not correct, I'd have to say that kicking windows \
around from screen to screen based on something as arbitrary as a certain drag \
distance and speed threshold wouldn't be acceptable default behavior from a user \
experience POV - neither with or without a modifier key. \
