Author here, hello. :-D

This is no bug, it is a "feature". Crystal needs to grab the wallpaper to draw it's \
semitransparent effect. So every change of the wallpaper has a complete reconfigure \
of the deco, this takes a lot of time. Well, when changing the font, crystal gets \
reconfigured, too, because I do not change settings at the moment. Yep, there is no \
need to rebuild the deco, maybe I'll add this later... \
