Definitely.

The crystal decoration you are referring to are perhaps this one?

If it is, I think it's better to contact the author about the bug. It's more likely \
he will fix it. Since the decoration is not part of the official packages released by \
KDE, and it's released independently by it's author.

That said, it would be nice if you test the rest of your window decorations to see if \
more are affected by the same bug. _______________________________________________
