This could be setup how the Desktop Previewer and Pager in SVN is setup, where if you \
drag a fullscreen window from from desktop to another, it is fullscreen on that \
desktop.

This request though, is for when you drag between different screens/monitors on the \
same desktop #.  It would also change the size of the window accordingly, as not all \
monitors would run the same resolution.
