Ok, let me name the windows, so that my response is clear.

Lets call the window without initial iconic state A, and the window w/
iconic state B.

I'm starting in a state where both A and B are normally visible.

If I shade A, B is minimized. If I unshade A, B re-appears.

If I start with A visible and B minimized, then shading A just shades A,
but when unshaded, I see the titlebar animation for B being minimized
(although it is already minimized)
