Reopening this as this is once again happening. (Sorry Luboši :-)

To reproduce open konqueror with these tabs www.lupa.cz, www.idnes.cz and www.root.cz \
(sorry, the only way I could reproduce it reliably) and then close them one by one.

Sometimes after closing two of them, sometimes after closing all of them, keyboard is \
"lost" until I click. No window has focus.

I think this has something to do with flash on those sites, though I am not sure.
