I understand how that works, and it does exactly what i want it to do.  Just some times, 
even if a windows does have focus, no matter how much i click it, nothing happens. The 
app can tell that the mouse is over it (EG links get underlined in Konqueror), but no 
matter how much i click, nothing happens (the bage does not load, the GAIM dialog 
does not go away when i click 'close').
