The application I'm using as an example is not a part of KDE: Karamba.  This \
application does not show up in the windows list, yet it is considered an obstacle \
for smart window placement.  I would like to request that a flag can be set for \
certain windows that are not to be considered for smart window placement.

For example:

I have a Karamba theme that allows me to see a fortune on my desktop.  If I open \
Konqueror when Karamba is not running, Konqueror appears in the center of the screen. \
When Karamba is running, it appears in one of the corners.  I would suggest that if a \
window is not in the window list, new windows should not consider them obstacles when \
calculating smart window placement. _______________________________________________
