I've tried reproducing this bug on my computer at home and on my computer at work, but 
it's not reproducable on either of them.  So it might be quite difficult to track down where 
the problem is.  Could someone who's having this problem please run kdebugdialog, 
select areas 125 (KAccel) and 129 (KAction), and press OK to exit the program.  Then 
execute the problematic key sequence, run kdebugdialog again to deselect 125 and 129 
again, and send me your ~/.xsession-errors file by private email.
