'if' - this is the reason I'd like to wait with it a bit - until we can
change this 'it' to 'because'. It's both because NETWM is sometimes too
vague, and sometimes we handle WM things incorrectly (DCOP for communicating
with KWin, TYPE_OVERRIDE...).
