Hi!

There has been some discussion on KDE-usability about adding 2 new window=
=20
placement policies, namely

1. top-left (open new windows always in the top-left corner)

and

2. centered (open new windows centered in the middle of the screen)


Are there any objections against adding those 2 behaviours?
