Just getting your product on there is difficult enough. The
classification is nuts and I didn't get it at all. I selected all the
deices that I tested it on and then they didn't show up in the
compatible devices list. Surely the most compatible devices are those
I've tested it on!

Then they redesigned their site and my product simply cannot be found
(perhaps explained by Kirk's email - thanks for telling me Handango). I
have emailed them several times and had no response at all. It feels
like they have broken their end of the contract. But no doubt I am wrong
and they have me by the balls :)

As I said, I just want out!
