You should be able to use a Java-COM bridge, such as J-Integra, from a
servlet or JSP page, and then talk http back to a J2ME app.

I am doing development in Mappoint 2002 and all connections are via
ACTIVEX components. There is no other option. If you can't use ActiveX
you cannot connect to and run apps in Mappoint. At least I have found
