Ashok,
 This problem of net.lib is because of the network problem.
Problem can be because of network. I mean, the network between ur palm and
ur desktop is not accessed by palm application. Are u using any PPP utility for the communication.
If u want ur palm MIDP application to communicate to external nodes on network(including desktop)
it can be done through the modem with palm or through a PPP utility. Which, help the palm
to work with the TCP/IP of the desktop or to communicate to desktop.
  This can be the problem. I faced with same problem. When I used the PPP utility. It got solved.
