The smart card have a role to play in security issues regarding the download
of MIDlets specially
- at download phase
- at start of the MIDLet
- at payment phase
- at restarting of the MIDLet

The start and payment phase can be made by a extra application in the card
(WIM application).
It must have a way so the application can talk to the card, this is under
development by the JCP i think!? Some JSR cover this but i haven't read it.
