Personally, I'd try a newer version of Qemu. There have been lots of fixes since 0.12 \
was released (almost 4 years ago). Barring that, you might want to seek support from \
your distribution.

P.S. In the future, it's sufficient to send the command line options used instead of \
                the XML config file from libvirt.
