I just added Plone's generated kupu_wysiwyg_support.html file to 
subversion.

This means that Plone users of kupu can now run an SVN checkout without 
needing to install xsltproc or run any additional build steps.

However, it also means that anyone who already has an SVN checkout with a 
separately built Plone template will get an error when they try to do 'svn 
up'. Simply delete the old one before updating and all should be well (or 
delete it after the error and do 'svn up' again.
