In this view, the document continues in the 2nd column - look at the line 
numbers in the mockup: http://www.aw-modell.at/mata/mockup.png. Also note 
that there is only one scrollbar, scrolling will move both columns in a way 
so lines in column1 moves into column2 if you scroll downwards
