btw., this new interface is good example of new interface design:

- class has no default implementations, beside the empty virtual destructor
- slots are marked as such
- signals are marked as such
- Q_DECLARE_INTERFACE stuff to allow qobject_cast
- no d-pointer, no data members, no dcop stuff, just a small C++ class in a sole \
header

this should let the ktexteditor interfaces dir shrink down again to a managable size \
instead of the current mess
