Kolabd on my 2.2.4 master is using about 760MB of memory. On the slaves 
it it using minimal memory (<1MB)

Its not a  memory leak, it goes straight up to that figure and stays 
there. There are about 140 mailboxes on that server.

Is this normal? How can I debug this?
