Hello,

I'm not sure if it has been discussed or if there is a feature like this
already implemented:
I'm looking for a way to remove old events in a resource account. We book
our meeting rooms very frequently (3-6 events per work day) which leads
quickly to a high number of events in the calendar folder of the resource
account.

If there was a way to detect and remove events whose end date (recurrences
taken into consideration) is e.g. more than 60 days before the current
date, that could reduce the load a lot.
AFAIK the server needs to process the events to create the free-busy lists.
We have also shared the calendar folders of our resource accounts
(read-only) so that we can see the details of the events in a local
Kontact. It's just that dealing with some hundreds of events isn't really
quick.

TIA for any feedback about this.

Andreas
