Most likely, the IMAP folder is still there (in mailboxes.db) but the actual
directory got removed. Quick and dirty solution:
1. make sure that the IMAP server knows about the folder (in cyradm:
listmailboxes *projekte*)
2. if the folder exists from within cyradm, re-create the directory manually
inside the imapd directory structure
3. copy the files cyrus.cache, cyrus.header and cyrus.index from another
directory into the re-created directory
4. change the owner and group of the directory and the cyrus.* files inside to
kolab-r
5. now you should be able to remove the folder with cyradm. If not, make sure
that the user manager has the required privileges (cyradm: listacl, setacl)
