I didn't know how to handle it correctly, because the new horde - 
conf.php doesn't have these parameters anymore. After some hours 
searching another VFS::singleton() call I made a patch.

Now seeing this patch for framework/Scheduler/Scheduler.php committed, I 
guess that this was the correct way to handle this error.
