Can you provide a bit of context here ?

Harsh, you need be afraid or nervous, if you are feeling so. But it does
help to tread with caution. Always ask if you're unsure of something(Use
the mailing lists, IRC channels etc). If you don't get a response on
#kopete , you can even try asking in #kde-devel. Most of the devs hang out
there and they can at least point you to something, if not help you
directly.
