Review request for Kopete and Roman Jarosz.
Summary
-------
This patch adds new section "Filter Add Event by Content" to privacy plugin (the \
section is like Filter by Content seciton) but the filtering is only done on \
AddInfoEvent and not on messages, also if some AddInfoEvent was filtered the plugin \
automatically adds the contactId of that event to temporary blocked contacts list so \
all messages from that contact will be blocked too.
So if you are user which most likely won't get add request from Russian contacts you \
just have to add some comma separated Russian characters to "Drop add event that \
contain at least one of the following words" ... and spam should be gone.
This is just quick "hack" so the GUI isn't really polished.
