in file kdenetwork/kopete/protocols/CMakeLists.txt is still
add_subdirectory(messenger):
option(WITH_messenger "Enable Kopete MSN/Windows Live Messenger
protocol" OFF)
...
if(WITH_messenger)
  add_subdirectory( messenger )
endif(WITH_messenger)

Can you remove it?
