Actually, I say let's keep using metaContactId for now, since the 
metaContactId will become consistent when the model view branch is merged into 
trunk. (help wanted for that. i'm on vacation until Jan. 5th, so I might have 
more time, but frankly, there's tons of stuff in the Qt MVC classes that I 
haven't groked yet)
