You can certainly contact them, also for help. And because they speak your own 
language.

Whether they can (and want to) mentor you, I don't know, what does Google have 
for rules?

Thanks, but I cannot look at it, I don't know QQ and I don't know GSoC. I am 
asking for someone who can help me :)
