What you mean exactly?
Accelerators for "Add...", "Authorize" ?
or accelerator which will show the "Service widget"?

Or both :)

You will by notified by KNotification popup (something like when contact goes online)
and in the popup is "View" action. So if you click on the action the Service 
Message widget and Kopete contact list window will be shown (if they are not visible already).
