Hi kopete devs,

A question came up recently about using kopete with kttsd that I think would
be solveable rather easily.  There is a kttsd plugin for kopete, but I think 
it's really unnecessary.  Kttsd can be used to speak any notifications from 
any apps in kde, and in kde4 the configure notifications in the app itself has 
the option in the gui if kttsd is found on the system.

Here's the discussion, basically, the only problem is that currently Kopete's 
notification messages are not very verbose.  Things like "Incoming message
from X" are not as helpful as "X said ...".  Konversation does this very well, 
and it'd be nice if Kopete could do so as well.
