Solution tested with msn 8.0, 8.1 and kopete 0.12.x.
Works fine with both modifications (Type2 and new applicationId).
Only with applicationId MSN 8 not send the P2P invite so emoticon can't
be transmitted, same also with only "Type2" modify.

Someone can put this in svn?
