It is a known problem. But it is not my fault, I told that Skype few times, 
but they just ignored it. When I Skype disconnects, it stops talking with me. 
It just stops sending me any notification, message that it disconnected as 
well. So how can I know it is disconnected?

But I do not get any error when I try to send it a message and it responses to 
'Ping' command.

If you have an idea how to detect this, tell me, I have no idea here. I could 
make a new connection, but when I do not know the old one does not work..
