It was related of some exported symbols being removed from configure.in.in. I
commited a patch that workarounds it while the configure.in.in issue is
handled, so it should work for you at least at revision 453032.
If the problem remains, please feel free to e-mail me or contact me in
irc.kde.org, #kopete.
About the "Standard" combo box, it's being worked on. I'll commit something
about it as soon as possible.
Ah, you should not mess with symlinks or whatever in your /dev directory. If
kopete video doesn't work for you and xawtv does, the problem is with our
code, not your system. :)
Your device should not be shown more than once. I'd like to have some backlog
about it. If the problem remains, _please_ contact me so I can fix it asap.
