Have this problem also (KDE 3.3.2 in Mandriva LE 2005)... With ICQ messages from the \
same contact ,I sometimes receive e.g. the word "är" correctly, but most of the time \
as "鋜" this happens with some other swedish letters as åäö. I can't see a \
definite pattern. It's very annoying. It did not happen with KDE 3.2 and Mandrake \
