This is my current status of the identity configuration.
-Settings are loaded and saved
-The global display picture is saved as
~/.kde3.4/share/apps/kopete/global-displayphoto.png
-Populate of the Account Combo Box working.
-Still only a GUI, the change made has no effect.

As soon as I get my SVN account, I'll commit my work.
