the new code is in version 0.10. Please open a new bug with exact details if you're \
still having problems with this in 0.10. I need the following details:

1. the name and version of the sending client
2. the name and version of the receiving client
3. the locale setting of the receiving client
4. the locale setting of the sending client
5. a debug log of a single aim or icq session where you get sent messages that aren't \
displayed correctly.

having items 1, 2, and 5 are the most important. I simply can't fix the bug w/o \
