This patch is the wrong way to do this.

If you want to add this you should use the KopeteCommandHandler API. This 
patch will break /me for other protocols that support it internally, like 
IRC. The KopeteCommandHandler will not. It will also make the command show up 
in /help.

PS - This function used to be built right into Kopete but was removed because 
people disliked it. The code is even still in kopetecommandhandler.cpp but 
commented out. You could just copy/paste it into your plugin.
