I figured it out!

For some reason, the passwords that I have in kwallet were for accounts with Captial \
Letters somewhere in there. Kopete must have saved them as capitals when I created \
the account (I don't remember whether I used captials or all lower-case)

Each time my session was restarted, I would have to log in to the three accounts that \
I created with capital letters...if I said to "Remember my password" for these \
accounts, it would create a password in the wallet with the account in ALL LOWERCASE.

Then, as long as I didn't log out of KDE, it would not ask me for the passwords again \
(I assume because it was using the all lowercase account which at that time was \
stored in the wallet...)

However, upon rebooting, (or logging out and logging in again) I lost the all \
lowercase account in the wallet. I'm guessing the wallet thought they were \
duplicates, and removed the second one (which just happened to be the all lowercase \
one)

Removing the account from the wallet that had capitals in the account name fixed the \
problem for me. I then re-stored my password as lower case, and now it doesn't \
prompt me at all.

I am going to close this, since I am no longer having problems with this bug at all. \
Thank you for the help! Jason - if this isn't your problem, let me know, and I'll \
reopen the bug.

It would be good when creating an account the password is always stored in all \
lowercase - even if the user types in the account in uppercase (if it isn't already \
doing it...I created these accounts a long time ago.)
