Really sorry to re-answer myself.

I have other things :
- If you have a mix from square photos and rectangular (vertical)
ones, it looks ugly because rectangular are not centered in comparison
to square ones.
- Another thing : left border of the photos should be aligned.
- Last thing : we should be able to choose if we want avatars or
photos. Some of my friends would like to get the avatars always, not
the photo. i think photos would be helpful for work, but avatars are
more colorful and "basic" user may prefer them.
