Summary: "MSN User does not exist" on login to Messenger
           Product: kopete
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: andre masella no-ip org

Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 3.3.2
OS: Linux

When logging into the MSN, I receive an "The MSN user '%1' does not exist. Please \
check the MSN ID." This is error 205 as taken from msnnotifysocket.cpp. The user is \
a person who was on my MSN list, but I removed. If I re-add the person, the error \
will change to the next person who was deleted from my list. Once all of those are \
re-added, it begins to display errors about people who are on my list. It will \
display the error twice for one and only one user on start up.

I have noticed that in my other MSN program (gtmess - a curses-based one) none of my \
contacts display. Have there been protocol changes? I have the newest version as of \
the day I filed this report. Also, I blocked messenger microsoft com, but this is not \
a real account, so I can't unblock or delete it (tried several clients). Is there a \
way I can delete it? _______________________________________________
