I believe so.  If I right click a name in the main window, the bottom of the ppup list has the name and alias like so "name <name>", and that menu has "Change Meta Contact", "User Info", "Change Alias", and "Delete Contact" after the last divisor (horizontal bar in the menu).
Of noe ... I also have set up my cell phone to use the same AIM account ... but it is super-simple, this phone offers virtualy no options, and I would be surprised if i had to apply changes from both the web, and the phone.
