No, it's an encoding problem.
What I don't understand is that it's in traditional Chinese encoding. I'm
pretty sure the MSN protocol uses UTF-8 (Unicode) since quite some time, so
why would your name not be in UTF-8?
Does the name look ok in the contact list?
