Irc plugin defaults to UTF-8. When someone tells in channel something using umlauts \
in latin1, Kopete doesn't show message but error:

An internal Kopete error occurred while parsing a message:
XML document could not be parsed!

Btw, I couldn't find the way to change codepage. Is there the way at all? It is must \
be for irc IMHO. There are even channels in irc where users using UTF-8 will be \
