Sorry for writing what I did - it was a venting of frustrations which was 
totally inappropriate for the list...  I'm afraid that this is just too 
frustrating for me to handle anymore, and I'm not interested in prolonging 
misery for myself and others.  I'll be unsubscribing from the lists tonight, 
and you won't be hearing from me again anytime soon.
