Yes, that's what i do too, and i would like to make this by default.  but i 
don't know how to do.
(anyway, the fact that it's saved on kopeterc is because of the existance of 
this statustoolbar which is empty without the msn picture)


Any idea.

(Note that i think the Martijn's solution is a good one too...  i'm testing 
currently his patch)
