this happens to when i log into icq (kopete 0.7.1).
i changed the aliases of all my icq contacts into their real names.
some of them change back to uins when i log into icq.
when i change the "trackChildNameChanges" attribute in the "display-name" 
element from "1" to "0" this problem is fixed.
