Try locating krb5.h in your include directory.  If it is not there, make sure 
you have the proper packages installed that contain the header file. If it is 
there, make sure the proper include path for krb5.h is specified during 
kopete compile, (ie. export CPPFLAGS="-I/path/to/krb5.h").  Hope this helps.
