Hrm, it seems to me like Konqueror has the incorrect behaviour here then. If changes
were saved without any user confirmation (something that shouln't ever be done in the
first place ), then how do you cancel the rename event if you change your mind?

Like, what if I start renaming you, then decide that I no longer want to, but forget
your original name? Via your proposal / the Konq method it is *impossible* to not
complete the rename once the rename has begun.
