I have a .Mac account for my Apple iBook, the iChat program allows me to log into the \
AIM network with the account name: joeldiaz@mac.com.  I have tried three AIM clients \
(Kit, AIM and Kopete) on the most recent version of KDE and none of them let me log \
in using that account..  I imagine that it has something to do with updating the \
capabilities of the Oscar pluggin.  I do remember being able to use the OS X version \
of AIM to login with my @mac.com account, and I've never tried it with the version \
for Windows.

I would do more research into the situation, but I'm swamped with other work.
