------- Yeah, so I went ahead and coded a plugin that lets you do some \
kopete perl scripting. Right  now it can bind to incoming and outgoing \
message events, giving you read access to the  sender, recipients, and \
message text, and allowing you to return modified message text. It also  \
allows you to add context menu actions with perl, where you have read \
access to the display  name that was clicked. Once we have a more fully \
functional DCOP interface, I will add in  some standard perl functions that \
these scripts can use (like sendMessage() and sendFile() )   
The plugin is now in CVS.
